relapse
This always happens.
Prolonged blogging breaks always leave me scrambling for ideas and words. They flit like butterflies just beyond my arm's reach. Emptyhanded, I stare at the computer monitor and silently scour my mind for worthwhile anecdotes. Still nothing.
Mr. Bundrick moved the deadline for the first essay last Thursday. As usual, I didn't start thinking of possible revisions until late Tuesday night. And then, Wednesday night, I finished it off after 6 long hours of desperate word-searching. That left me barely two hours to rest my exhausted nerve cells.
The following day he assigned us our second essay -- this time, it's up to us to choose a topic. We were to write a comprehensive real-world definition of a common abstract term -- like pornography, freedom, justice, murder -- using tangible language and specific examples. Tough, isn't it?
I think human justice is worthy tackling. Paul's post last Sunday clearly explains that the mere existence of our judicial sentiments point to a Moral Being who created them and put them into our hearts. Nice, ano? Who knows, my essay might convict my professor.
Gotta go, my English class starts in 10 minutes.
